All three of our warranty packages for your refreshed driveway are conditional lifetime warranties on the stain and the seal.

Fall Is Considered September 1 To October 15. One Service, Either Spring Or Fall Will Be A Driveway Cleaning With One Coat Of Seal And A Slip Preventative Agent.
This Package Is Not Recommended For Forgetful People. If You Neglect Your Service Schedule, Your Warranty Will Be Voided.

Our Diamond Warranty Package is for those who expect the unexpected.
It has all the benefits of the Gold Warranty Plan with some Extras.
There may be a time when a “whoopsie” happens and somehow some oil leaked onto your driveway. Have no fear, because you are covered! Give us a call for your FREE oil spot removal that is on your refreshed concrete, and we will be out within the week to remove it for you. Just remember, we are in Canada, and we can only do this service between April and October when it is above 0⁰C, and there is no chance of us causing ice.
Included in your scheduled Diamond maintenance is FREE mineral deposit cleaning on your concrete refresh.
Yes, you also get the discount on our other services also, PLUS you get bumped up to 15% off all of our services available with the Gold Warranty Package
You can cancel your warranty package at anytime by sending us an email stating that you would like to cancel your warranty package.

*Kirbapeal only warranties our workmanship on the stains and seals we have applied to your concrete refresh. If you, or a third party perform the scheduled maintenance, our warranty on the concrete refresh and previous scheduled services will be null and void. Anymore than 2 scheduled oil spot removals for the Diamond Maintenance Package in one year will be considered excessive, and every subsequent oil spot removal within one year will not be covered by the warranty package. Warranty is void if there is any object or structure on the driveway refresh over 8,200 lbs. Kirbapeal does not offer prorated services, nor refunds for services not yet performed on the Gold and Diamond Warranties if you cancel your warranty package. Credit card disputes will be subject to an inconvenience fee totalling three months of your warranty maintenance package.
*Gold and Diamond warranties are eligible for transfer to the new homeowners if you sell your property. Warranties are not mortgageable. The new property owners must contact Kirbapeal and assume the warranty with Kirbapeal within 30 days after the warranty has been cancelled by the original warranty holder to have the conditional lifetime warranty continue. Gold and Diamond warranties monthly payments are payable by credit card only.
